Daniel Infuso is an associate who has been with Morey & Upton, LLP since 2025. With nearly a decade of experience in personal injury law, Daniel is a fierce advocate for the injured, fighting tirelessly to secure the justice they deserve.
Mr. Infuso graduated from California Lutheran University with a BA, making Dean’s list, and earned his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law, where he participated in and won his trial advocacy competition.
Mr. Infuso began working in personal injury once he graduated law school, and after being admitted to the bar, Daniel began representing personal injury clients. When he joined DRE law, his primary practice focused on personal injury, but also having experience with family law and criminal law, where he defended clients in the criminal courts and brought families together in the family courts. Mr. Infuso is committed to earning the client’s trust with clear communication, strong advocacy, and reliable strategic guidance.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys making music, playing golf, and spending time with loved ones.
