Mr. McDonough graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. in history and earned his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School, where he consistently ranked in the top of his class and graduated cum laude. While attending Whittier Law School, Mr. McDonough was named to the Dean's List and Honor Roll and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Transactional Writing.
Mr. McDonough initially began working in personal injury after earning his bachelor's degree and attended law school while working full-time at Morey & Upton, LLP. Through his tireless work ethic and dedication to his clients as an Associate Attorney at Morey & Upton, LLP, Mr. McDonough was elevated to Senior Associate and ultimately named a Partner as a result of his integral involvement in securing several multimillion-dollar recoveries.
When he is not practicing law, Mr. McDonough enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and going to the beach.
