Overview

Christina P. Tanti is a partner at Temmerman, Cilley, Kohlmann & Norcia, LLP. She is certified Specialist in estate planning, trust & probate law. Her practice focuses on complex trust, estate, and conservatorship litigation and appeals. She represents clients throughout California in high conflict fiduciary disputes and is widely trusted to handle matters involving substantial assets and aggressively litigated proceedings. Christina prides herself on providing clear, trustworthy legal guidance to individuals and families navigating sensitive and often contentious disputes.

Christina has extensive experience litigating trust, estate, and conservatorship matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, financial elder abuse, undue influence, fraud, conversion, quiet title, spousal property rights, trust interpretation and funding, and disputes concerning the validity of trusts, trust amendments, wills, and durable powers of attorney. Her practice includes litigation concerning the removal and appointment of trustees, executors, personal representatives, and conservators, as well as contested accountings, surcharge claims, and fiduciary administration disputes. Christina brings a disciplined, trial focused approach to complex trust and estate disputes, consistently securing strong results for her clients.

Christina earned her Juris Doctor with Honors from John F. Kennedy University College of Law, where she graduated as valedictorian. During law school, she volunteered at a legal clinic assisting low income seniors with estate planning matters. Prior to law school, Christina worked in property management in Danville, California, experience that informs her practical approach to real property and trust related disputes.

Christina has been selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in trust and estate litigation since 2022, an honor awarded to a small percentage of attorneys in Northern California.
