Overview

Nikolaos (“Nikos”) Kefallonitis was born and raised for the most part in Athens, Greece. Nikos attended public school system in Corfu, an island in the western part of Greece, from kindergarten through second grade of Primary School. Afterwards, Nikos moved to Athens where he attended a private Greek-French School named “Saint-Paul” from third through sixth grade. Thereafter, Nikos attended public school system in Chalandri, a city in the northern suburbs of Athens, from Middle through High School.

After graduating from High School, Nikos was admitted to the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, School of Law, where he focused his studies on Business and International Law. After graduation from the law school in 2016, Nikos started doing his 18-month mandatory legal traineeship with a solo practitioner, Dimitrios Christopoulos’s Law Offices, specialized in litigation. After the completion of his traineeship, Nikos successfully took the Greek Bar Examination.

Nikos has also served as a soldier and then got promoted to the rank of Corporal at the Greek Armed Forces for nine months.

Nikos holds a Master of Arts degree in International Economic Relations from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, Department of International, European and Area Studies.

Before starting working with GTG Law, Nikos attended a Master of Laws (“LLM”) Program at the University of Virginia School of Law in Charlottesville, VA and received his degree in May 2020.

Nikos is a licensed attorney in both Greece and the State of California and currently is working on his admission to the New York State Bar.

In addition to practicing law, today, Nikos enjoys working out, travelling across the country, visiting museums and national parks.
