Hired Law firm 2022-2025Literally, exactly what I just sent to the BBB: Very rude and incommunicative. I set a phone appointment two weeks ago (they would ONLY do 4pm on a Friday) and here I am, being snubbed at 4pm on Friday, which I absolutely knew they would do to me. Bob missed the call and when I called the office it went to voicemail and the voicemail box of their business is always FULL. During the 2.5 years dealing with my workman's comp case process, Bob never once spoke with me on the phone. The paralegal assigned to my case, Leroy did NOT counsel me well. He never advised me that I had an allotment of $10,000 for care that my insurance company would have reimbursed me for therapy. Even though for two years I told him repeatedly, I need this resolved so I can get money to get therapy. He didn't care that I was hurt or still am! Two and a half years later and the case is finally resolved.. although, I missed out on one whole claim because I didn't get the $ for therapy I was alloted and I HAD TO SETTLE FOR LESS BECAUSE IT'S TWO YEARS NOW THEY DRAGGED IT OUT FOR.. AND I WAS DESPERATE AND BROKE!!! I'm pissed! I wish I never had to speak with this company again, so I tried to do the educational voucher program on my own, but lo and behold, yet again I have to do everything by way of this terrible company. I have the school program chosen, and put TEN hours into a 19 page document of which 6 pages are the voucher filled out to completion. I sent it a MONTH ago and never received a reply. It took 2 and a half years because I fell through the cracks of their terrible system over and over and over again. I asked the paralegal several times for assistance getting the wrongful termination suit sorted and he kept telling me he'd send me names and numbers of colleagues and never did. When my claim was sorted, I said, okay, so is now a good time to go for the wrongful termination and he said, oh no, that has a time limit that's already passed now. WHY DOES BOB NEHORAY HAVE AN UNQUALIFIED INDIVIDUAL PRACTICING AS THOUGH HE IS THE LAWYER? I want my education voucher to be taken care of so I can move on from this terrible company that has done me dirty.

Hired Law firm 2023Stay away from this firm. Useless and will never return a phone call or email. You are better off with someone else or doing it yourself.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
