Brent C. Woodward has extensive experience handling a wide variety of cases in the courtroom. Mr. Woodward has appeared in court regularly for over 20 years. He has handled six jury trials, over 200 bench trials, and over 100 administrative law proceedings. Mr. Woodward also has extensive experience in the Fifth District Court of Appeal, completing briefing on the merits in over 20 cases and multiple appearances for oral argument.
Mr. Woodward advises employers on labor law compliance and litigation prevention measures and represents employers in pending litigation.
Mr. Woodward is actively engaged in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Fresno County Bar Association and is the current Past-President. Mr. Woodward is a member of the Board of Trustees for University High School, one of the highest-rated schools in the nation, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Saint Agnes Medical Center Foundation.
