Michael was admitted to practice in 1995. Prior to joining Coleman & Horowitt, LLP, he was a sole practitioner under his professional corporation, The Law Office of Michael P. Dowling, and was formerly a partner with the Fresno firm of Dowling, Aaron & Keeler. Michael is head of the Firm’s transactions department and provides representation to clients in estate planning, probate and trust administration matters and business transactions. Michael is a past chairman of the Fresno County Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section. Michael works out of the Firm’s Fresno office.
