Mr. Solaegui graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in US History. Thereafter, Mr. Solaegui attended law school at Santa Clara University School of Law, finishing in the top twenty percent of his graduating class. During law school, Mr. Solaegui worked as a law clerk for Sagaser, Watkins & Wieland PC.

Mr. Solaegui represents both private and public sector employers in all aspects of employment and labor law matters, including wage and hour litigation, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment and retaliation. Mr. Solaegui also advises employers in many areas of the law, including, but not limited to employment agreements, settlement agreements, employee handbooks, disability and leave issues, and breach of contract.
