Albro L. In 2013, Albro argued Martinez v. Bronco before the California Supreme Court, securing a unanimous decision that changed more than forty years of precedent governing statutory settlement offers. The ruling reshaped California settlement law and continues to influence litigation strategy statewide.
Albro was honored as California Trial Lawyer of the Year and has been selected as a California Super Lawyer for many consecutive years.
