He was honest up front about the potential settlement and the fact it could take a while to complete. The entire process took over a year to complete mostly due to the other team we were fighting but John and Kiana were very quick to respond to all questions and comments we had. I even remember John responding to one of our questions at 10pm on a Sunday night. Never expected, always appreciated. When we presented our story and evidence, John and team communicated it very well and represented us like we were family members. We truly felt we had the right team fighting for us the entire time.
