Overview
Bryan Cabrera joined Shulman Bastian Friedman & Bui LLP in February of 2020 as part of the litigation department. He is a champion advocate for his clients and brings with him a breadth of successful litigation experience. For clients ranging from individuals to multi-million-dollar corporate entities, Bryan has been resolving disputes whether through mediation and/or settlement or trial verdict. He has established himself as the attorney who is equipped and often assigned to handle the "tough" cases and somehow wins. Clients have repeatedly praised his honesty, integrity, dedication, and passion in representing them and often achieving results above and beyond what they expected.
Bryan's litigation background and life experience enable him to represent clients and achieve the client's goals as efficiently and swiftly as possible, whether it be for a breach of contract or warranty, employment violation, personal injury, landlord/tenant or business dispute. His unique ability to relate to clients from all walks of life, as well as defense attorneys from solo practitioners to huge law firms, allows Bryan to break through communication barriers and get to the heart of the issue and explore all possibilities in finding the best resolution for his client. Bryan is outside of the box.
Bryan received numerous scholarships to attend the Berklee College of Music where he earned his bachelor’s degree. Bryan also received a scholarship from California Western School of Law where he earned his law degree. During law school, Bryan interned with the San Diego Public Defender’s Office. Bryan’s diverse practice and experience has allowed him to successfully represent parties from all walks of life.
Bryan is admitted to practice in all California state courts, and the U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and playing music and practicing kung fu. He currently performs locally as a drummer/ percussionist/ singer.
