Overview
Jeffrey T. Green is a Senior Associate Attorney with Kring & Associates, APC. His primary practice is employment law. Mr. Green offers his services to employees and employers in a wide range of employment law matters, including wage and hour litigation, misclassification of non-exempt employees, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and in wrongful termination actions.
Prior to working with Kring & Associates, Mr. Green worked as an Associate Attorney at Quintilone & Associates, where he developed his skills as an employment litigator. While at Quintilone & Associates, Mr. Green represented employees in a number of certified class, collective, and Representative PAGA action lawsuits in state and federal courts across California. He has also litigated consumer class action lawsuits in state and federal courts arising under California law.
Mr. Green earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne College of Law. In his time at La Verne, he was involved with several on campus clubs, including the American Constitution Society and Christian Law Club, and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team. Mr. Green also received awards of distinction at La Verne, including a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in his Law and Terrorism seminar for submitting the highest graded paper, which was later published as an article in the La Verne Law Review.
Prior to law school, Mr. Green earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History, magna cum laude, from California Baptist University. While at CBU, Mr. Green was a member of the Alpha Chi Honors Society and was president of the Pre-Law Society.
During his free time, Mr. Green enjoys playing golf, running, and playing guitar in his pop-punk band.
