Overview
Jon grew up in Boston, Massachusetts with his three brothers, where he graduated from Brookline High School. After obtaining his undergraduate degree at the University of South Florida, Jon moved to the Pacific Northwest earning his law degree at Willamette University. During law school Jon interned at the Hillsborough Public Defenders Office.
Mr. Dowling began his legal career in 2021, where he worked at a large plaintiff’s law firm, in Austin, Texas, helping hundreds of client’s secure settlements, focusing mainly on car accidents, 18-wheel truck cases, premise liability, and first party cases.
Two years later, in 2023, Mr. Dowling switched over to insurance defense, working for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, where he learned how insurance companies and defense attorneys strategize for pre-suit cases, litigation, and trial. Mr. Dowling saw closely how insurance adjusters and insurance defense attorneys strategize for pre-suit cases, litigation, and trial.
In his free time, Jon enjoys running, trying new restaurants, and watching the NBA.
