Mr. Truong represents clients in both litigation and transactional matters, bringing a unique perspective to complex business disputes through his prior experience in insurance defense and civil litigation. Mr. Truong applies this experience to pre-litigation and litigation matters. His understanding of civil litigation and contractual provisions in settling a litigated case enables him to conduct thorough fact investigations, analyze agreements, and develop strategic litigation approaches for complex business disputes.
Mr. Truong also has transactional experience through his law school coursework and his work at his law school's Entertainment Law Clinic that served independent filmmakers. Through this experience, Mr. Truong developed a strong skillset and interest in transactional work and matters.
Also, Mr. Truong received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Truong graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Truong worked as a law clerk at various personal injury firms, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
During his free time, Mr. Truong enjoys collecting board games, learning new languages, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
