Overview

Since registering as a lawyer in 1999, Taisuke has responded to the needs of clients, mainly listed companies, in a wide range of areas in corporate law such as M&A, international transactions, litigation, etc. He has also gained experience through secondment to a major securities company group and serving as an executive or chief legal counsel for some listed companies.

Taisuke's motto is to achieve clients' business objectives at the minimum transaction cost by early identification of legal risks associated with their activities and providing practical solutions. He is oriented towards being a generalist.
