Overview
As a partner at Cadden & Fuller LLP, Mr. Cadden focuses his practice primarily on handling business and real estate litigation, employment defense, and securities litigation. Because Mr. Cadden has represented many of the same business and commercial real estate clients for over 25 years, he also serves as outside general counsel for several of these clients.
An experienced and accomplished litigator, Mr. Cadden serves clients throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County, Southern California and statewide. Mr. Cadden has participated in numerous trials and arbitrations involving a variety of different types of business and real estate litigation matters. Mr. Cadden's commitment to maintaining high standards of legal ethics while providing quality representation has earned him the highest possible rating of AV from Martindale Hubbell.
Mr. Cadden earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance and Management, from California State University, Long Beach. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Mr. Cadden has also participated as a speaker/panelist at several lectures and workshops on a variety of business and commercial real estate related topics.
