Lilas Abuelhawa is an Associate Attorney at The Angell Law Firm who is committed to understanding clients’ unique objectives and strategic goals to provide the best representation for each matter.

Before joining The Angell Law Firm, Lilas worked for a law firm on the peninsula where she developed great experience in the areas of business, intellectual property, and estate planning. Prior to that, Lilas worked for the top talent agency in Los Angeles where she represented various artists through contract creation, negotiations, and IP protection.

Lilas earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, she received the CALI Excellence Award and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence for achieving top grades in Copyright Law and Community Property. Lilas served as the President of the Student Bar Association, the Law and Business Society, and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. She also served as the Assistant Director of the Honors Moot Court External Program and as the Symposium Editor of the High-Tech Law Journal.

Prior to law school, Lilas attended the University of San Francisco. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management with honors and a minor in Legal Studies.

Lilas is a Bay Area native. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching tv shows, and spending time with her two kittens.
