Mr. Kaloyanides gives each client's case personal and individualized attention. Only after fully understanding the evidence can any lawyer provide the advice and counsel to a client on what is the best course of action. This takes thorough evaluation of the prosecution's evidence, investigation into that evidence, and determining what the evidence shows and what it doesn't show. Then Mr. Kaloyanides works with his clients to decide on the best course of action for them: attacking the case, negotiating a resolution, or going to trial.
