Hired Attorney 2026Hello! I'm about 30k in debt at 21. I know it sounds horrible but I have been really trying to get out of debt. i had about 12k in CC debt from when i left a DV situation and had to quit my job/move due to injuries and harmful situations. I have to move around a lot to protect my own safety from this situation. I also had 11k on a private student loan that costs me 300 a month. I have another 11k from a lease I could not break. I pay close to 1500 for my rent and 300 for my loan added onto my monthly minimums for my CC's. I know it probably sounds dramatic but I felt like my life was over. I was scared I might get sued from my previous leasing office even though I've explained my situation. I have a full time job within my area but have to also pay gas, utilities, and other bills. I couldn't keep up to manage my debt alone with my own necessities. I felt extremely hopeless, until a friend asked me to contact Safeport Credit Specialist and I contacted them immediately. Safeport Credit Specialist is very good at negotiating credit card debts and other obligations, often settling for much less than i owed (40-60 cents on the dollar). They also worked on fixing my credit report at the same time, which I now have excellent credit scores across the three credit bureaus. If you're having a similar issue, I'll advise you to reach out to them today. you don't have to handle this alone.

Hired Attorney 2026I'm a master's degree student with no current income. I messed up my credit score by not paying the credit card for about 5 months, although they are currently only showing two missed payments. I have been paying the card promptly since November so I've had about seven payments. According to my credit score, it's low because I don't have many credit cards. I've been wanting to improve my credit rating as once I do get my degree I'm going to buy a car and probably rent an apartment with my boyfriend. I wanted to call the credit card company and ask them to remove any negative comments on my card. I was advised to contact PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST, to my greatest surprise Pinnacle Credit Specialist is actually what i needed. they cleaned up my late payments/missed marks, goodwill adjustments. They also helped me remove those negative comments on my card faster than doing it myself, which increased my credit scores to 800+ putting me in a much stronger position for the car and apartment. I sincerely recommend PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST to anyone who has a similar situation like mine.

Hired Attorney 2026I came across several comments and testimonials about PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST and decided to reach out in order to verify the legitimacy of the service. I am pleased to share that my experience confirmed the positive feedback. He helped raise my credit score to an excellent 804 across all three credit bureaus. Additionally, he successfully removed an eviction and every other negative item from my credit report while adding good tradelines. His services are affordable, and he remains consistently responsive. For anyone seeking reliable credit assistance.

Hired Attorney 2026I was facing a severely damaged credit profile that included a bankruptcy, an eviction filing with an outstanding rental balance, delinquent state and federal tax debts, and a poor credit report that had lowered my score. These issues made life very difficult for me. Pinnacle Credit Specialist stepped in to assist. Pinnacle Credit Specialist initiated the repair process and completed the work within just six days. By the end, my credit score had been raised to 809, my outstanding debts had been cleared, and I applied for new credit cards with good limits for me I am grateful for the good work . For anyone dealing with complex credit issues, I recommend reaching out to Pinnacle Credit Specialist.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
