With experience litigating and mediating hundreds of family law cases, Ms. Kapner is confident and evenhanded in the courtroom and at the negotiation table. Depending on the nature of the circumstances, she pursues swift yet long-term out-of-court resolutions whenever possible. She has experience handling many high net worth divorce cases involving the distribution of stock options, business assessments, royalties, real estate and more.

An eloquent writer, Ms. Kapner has authored several articles for law journals and magazines. She also presents at seminars and conferences across California. She is an active member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association – Family Law Section, the Loyola Law School Alumni Association and Reunion Committee, and the Northwestern University Council of One Hundred. She serves as a mentor at the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.

Ms. Kapner was recognized as a Rising Star from 2019 through 2024 and was subsequently selected as a Super Lawyer for 2025 and 2026.
