Tonie Pimienta Lefebvre obtained her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she served as a Notes Editor of the Columbia Law Review and authored an article on the Prison Litigation Reform Act's exhaustion requirement that was selected for publication. She received her B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude.

Prior to joining Sacks, Glazier, Franklin, Lodise, McMurtrey & Scheerer, LLP, Ms. Pimienta Lefebvre was a litigation associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, and previously at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she gained experience in a broad spectrum of complex civil and criminal matters. From 2017-2019, she clerked for the Honorable Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers of the United District Court for the Northern District of California.
