Our founding attorney, Calvin Chang, brings a wealth of experience and a strong background in both the public and legal sectors. Before establishing his own practice, Mr. Chang dedicated over two decades to public service, including more than 15 years as a sworn peace officer. He also held significant roles on the United States Attorney's Law Enforcement Task Force, contributing his skillset to internal affairs and equal employment opportunity investigations.

Mr. Chang earned his Juris Doctor from Concord Law School, where he excelled as a distinguished scholar and oral advocate. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California at Davis and a master's in criminal justice from Boston University. Admitted by the California Supreme Court, Mr. Chang is licensed to practice across all courts in California and various federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
