This includes a verdict in October of 2014 where Mr. Jones was lead counsel of a premises liability case in which $1.5 million was successfully recovered for his minor client who had only required $70,000 in medical expenses. Other notable outcomes include the single largest settlement in Illinois history for a dog bite, obtaining a $1,150,000 outcome for his client. Mr. Jones also secured a $2.35 million birth injury settlement in federal court for a hospital's failure to move to c-section and a $1.75 million settlement in a medical malpractice case for an orthopedic surgeon's failure to diagnose compartment syndrome in a minor following a sports injury.
Over the course of his career, Colin has recovered over $20 million for his client's, getting favorable verdicts in three different states.
