Debra Reed - Los Angeles, CA

Debra J. Reed is an Associate Attorney at Knight Law Group. Ms. Reed earned her Juris Doctor from the Santa Clara University School of Law, her Master of Business Administration at City University of New York, and her Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.

Ms. Reed began her career in finance working as a trader on the New York Stock Exchange. Subsequently, she earned her MBA, while employed full time at Citi. After earning her MBA, Ms. Reed became a Management Consultant at PWC in the financial services/ technology sector. Thereafter, Ms. Reed took on the role of Managing Director of Wells Fargo Private Asset Management in San Francisco, CA.

Ms. Reed has worked as in house counsel at Cisco Systems and Google. At Disney, Ms. Reed had a hybrid role in business and legal affairs. When Disney concerts closed due to the pandemic, Ms. Reed transitioned to the practice of bankruptcy law and civil litigation. Ms. Reed brings litigation skills, business acumen, and client facing skills to Knight Law Group. Currently, Ms. Reed protects plaintiffs in consumer warranty actions under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, and the Magnuson Moss Warranty-Federal Trade Commission Improvements Act.

Ms. Reed is admitted to the state bar of California, New York, and New Jersey. In addition, Ms. Reed is admitted to practice in all Federal District Courts in the state of California.
