Mediation Settlement 3,500,000.00 Our client was driving his truck down the street when a gardener working for a commercial landscape company mowing the center roadway median lawn, mowed over a 24 inch rod, causing it to be ejected through the air and into the driver side window of the truck our client was driving. the road struck our clients left eye resulting is visual impairment. the case was disputed and denied and extensively litigated. We successful resolved the case for our client at the second mediation, so that his medical and financial needs would be taken care of for the rest of his life ., 2018
Settlement 4,500,000.00 . Our client was riding a skateboard down a ramp on private private which lead him onto an access road. His view was blocked from traffic. A car traveling down the access road struck our client as he entered the access road, resulting in serious arm injuries requiring 13 surgeries. The drivers view was also blocked by an obstruction at the intersection of the base of the ramp and the access road. We sued the property owners for creating a dangerous condition, allowing it to exist, and failing to warn of it. the case was heavily denied and disputed and required a dozen depositions and 8 experts. ultimately after two mediations we were able to settle the case for our client and to provide for his needs for the rest of his life., 2017
