At the initial stages, the firm assists clients by properly investigating issues and preserving evidence.
Providing excellent service involves communicating regularly with clients, returning emails and phone calls promptly, listening to what clients say, being a source of creative solutions, and understanding the stresses and emotional aspects of litigation.
