Overview
Mr. Berger has been representing the injured in California for nearly 50 years. He was formerly a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Glendale and a Deputy District Attorney for the County of Los Angeles. He has served as Judge Pro Tem for the East Los Angeles Judicial District and has supported numerous organizations which fight for the rights of injured workers, including the Los Angeles County Bar Workers' Compensation Section and the California Applicants Attorneys Association.
