Mark J. Nagle - Los Angeles, CA

Mark Nagle was previously an attorney at Dewey & LeBoeuf, a top international law firm, where he litigated a wide variety of matters on behalf of large multinational corporations and insurance carriers. Mark then joined a team of Dewey & LeBoeuf lawyers at Murphy Rosen LLP, a top complex litigation boutique, headed by former partners of O'Neill, Lysaght and Sun (now part of Jones Day). At Murphy Rosen LLP, Mark honed both his trial and written advocacy skills representing businesses in the media and technology space.

Tired of only helping the wealthy and well-connected and prodded by a close friend to finally make the leap to the Plaintiffs' Bar, Mark decided to use the skills he learned at top law firms to advocate for ordinary people. He has now teamed up with his law school classmate, Dave Shay, with the shared belief that individuals should receive the same exceptional counsel as corporations. Mark now dedicates his practice to fighting for people who have suffered injury or harm from corporate misconduct and individual negligence.

In his short time at Vaziri Law Group, Mark has already been part of a $1,730,000 jury verdict against a major transportation company, and $1,697,073 verdict against a trucking company. Mark's practice also includes appellate advocacy. He recently defeated a writ petition that resulted in a published opinion Randy's Trucking, Inc. v. Superior Court, 2023 Cal. App. LEXIS 389 (Case No. F084849).

Mark graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in political science and history. He earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.

Mark lives in Venice, California, with his wife and son. When he's not practicing law, Mark enjoys all things aquatic and still tries to get out to see live music.
