It was critical that my husband’s unnecessary death made a difference and we could use it to help inform others about dangers with antidepressants. It was more than just a lawsuit to hold company accountable financially. It was about using our family experience to help another family. They were the only firm that took an active role in advocating for the Bigger issues of getting blackbox suicide warnings added to antidepressants. They were partners in my advocacy efforts. Michael is strategic in how handles briefs and filings in an effort to help get documents declassified. These internal documents were key in lobbying efforts.
