Rebecca John - Los Angeles, CA

Rebecca John has represented personal injury clients since graduating from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2021. Since then, she has developed a strong litigation practice, advocating for injured Californians through every stage of their cases, from pre-litigation through trial preparation. Ms. John comes to BD&J with a steadfast commitment to protecting the rights of injured individuals and securing meaningful results for her clients. She is equally dedicated to guiding clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives, building genuine relationships to understand what matters most to them and provide compassionate, personalized representation.

While at Loyola, Rebecca distinguished herself as a member of the nationally recognized Byrne Trial Advocacy Team, where she refined her courtroom and trial skills through rigorous competition and advocacy training. She was a regional finalist in the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Student Trial Advocacy Competition, a Court Call Scholarship Recipient, and a participant in the prestigious Poehls-Hobbs District Attorney Practicum. She also served as an editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review.

Beyond her litigation practice, Rebecca is deeply committed to mentorship, diversity, and the advancement of underrepresented communities in the legal profession. She held leadership positions in Loyola’s Black Law Students Association and Day Student Bar Association and continues to support organizations dedicated to expanding access and opportunity within the legal field.

Rebecca remains actively involved with the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), where she attends and speaks at events. Through her advocacy, leadership, and dedication to continued growth, she strives to strengthen both her practice and the broader legal community. Her strong work ethic and thoughtful approach allow her to provide strong support throughout the life of a case.
