Rene Ucros, Esq., is a Senior Attorney who specializes in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith cases. Specifically, Rene handles automobile collisions, trucking collisions, pedestrian versus auto collisions, and premise liability cases. Throughout his career, Mr. Ucros has achieved notable legal victories, including a key role in an auto v. auto case that resulted in a $120 million verdict after striking the Defendants’ Answer. He has also secured significant settlements, such as $17.5 million, $10 million (post-trial), $8.1 million, and $5.25 million in various auto-related cases, along with substantial settlements in premise liability and first-party auto claims.

Rene earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University before attending Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where he joined a dual-degree program earning him a Master’s in Dispute Resolution along with a Juris Doctorate. His legal philosophy is encapsulated in the words of Pele:
