Ricardo Ramirez brings a thoughtful, cross-cultural approach to his work advocating for injured clients. With six years of legal experience spanning Mexico and the United States, he understands how important it is for clients to feel heard and supported while navigating an unfamiliar legal process. As a native Spanish speaker, Mr. Ramirez can speak directly with Spanish-speaking clients, allowing them to share their experiences in the language in which they feel most comfortable.

Mr. Ramirez began his legal career in Mexico after earning his first law degree from the Universidad de Guadalajara, where he graduated at the top of his class. He was selected to assist with constitutional law courses under faculty supervision and participated in debates that strengthened his legal analysis and advocacy skills. He went on to handle tax and administrative cases from their earliest stages through trial and constitutional proceedings, gaining valuable experience in building cases and presenting arguments before a judge.

After moving to the United States, Mr. Ramirez earned his LL.M. in U.S. Law from Northeastern University in Boston. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2025.

At BD&J, Mr. Ramirez draws on his bilingual abilities, courtroom experience, and understanding of two legal systems to advocate for people whose lives have been disrupted by an injury.
