Ross E. Viselman concentrates his practice on business litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, he was a trial attorney for the Federal Defenders of San Diego, Inc., where he gained substantial courtroom experience opposing the United States Attorney's Office. He has conducted over 15 federal trials and over a half-dozen oral arguments before the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. More recently, Mr. Viselman was a civil litigation associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Liner Yankelevitz Sunshine & Regenstreiff LLP in Los Angeles.

Mr. Viselman obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University in 1994 and his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1999. He is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California and the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
