Mr. Warmuth received his Bachelor of Arts degree from New College of California in 1979 and his law degree Cum Laude from the University of San Diego in 1983. He was also a student at the Institute of Comparative and International Law of Oxford University.

Mr. Warmuth was a city councilman for the city of Lake Forest Park, Washington, and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in South Korea. He was the Foreign Law Expert and Professor of Contract and Corporate Law in China.

Currently a member of the Los Angeles County and American Bar Associations, and State Bar of California and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Moreover, he can converse in Mandarin.
