Overview
Ms. Matcha joined Demetriou, Del Guercio, Springer & Francis, LLP in 2025. She is experienced in litigating complex commercial, environmental and real estate matters through all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts. Her diverse practice area includes business and real estate litigation, patents and trademarks, landlord -tenant disputes, toxic torts and environmental law. She also maintains solid business and real estate transaction practice.
Prior to joining DDSF, Ms. Matcha was an associate with a large international law firm in Palo Alto, California where she regularly handled Intellectual Property (IP) transactions, assisted with mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and credit deals, performed all aspects of due diligence, advised clients on IP portfolios and prepared consultation memos. She also worked as an associate in a Los Angeles firm where she was responsible for attending court appearances, drafting pleadings, motions and discovery and preparing responsive documents in discovery.
