Ryan Davis represents and assists a broad array of clients, from closely-held companies to high net-worth individuals. He is experienced in real estate (both transactional and litigation), civil litigation, and business litigation.
Mr. Davis’s business litigation experience includes representing individuals in disputes regarding the management and ownership of closely-held companies. He has prosecuted and defended a wide range of business torts, including fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and conversion. Mr. Davis is involved in all phases of trial preparation and case management, including arguing motions in court, conducting discovery, and engaging in settlement negotiations. He has second-chaired numerous arbitration trials – including a complex, 15-day arbitration trial – and first-chaired two smaller court trials.
Mr. Davis’s real estate litigation experience includes litigating commercial tenancy disputes, ownership disputes regarding the right to partition, and other joint ownership disputes. Mr. Davis’s real estate transactional experience includes assisting clients with the transfer of property while maximizing the benefit to the client.
Mr. Davis is admitted to practice in all California courts. He is also licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland.
Mr. Davis received his B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University in Maryland. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law.
