Jonathan Fuller - Monterey, CA

Jonathan Fuller is a born-and-raised Californian, originally from Fallbrook and raised in Temecula. He graduated from Temecula Valley High School in 2005 and went on to earn his B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in History, from San Diego State University in 2010. During his undergraduate studies, he broadened his academic experience through a student exchange program at Oxford University in England with New College. Jonathan received his law degree from California Western School of Law in 2013 and was admitted to the State Bar of California later that same year.

During law school, Jonathan interned with firms handling personal injury, employment, corporate, and consumer law, gaining a broad foundation in civil practice. After passing the bar, he worked as a contract attorney for multiple practitioners while also volunteering at the Legal Aid Society in San Diego, reflecting his commitment to service. He then accepted his first full-time associate position with the Law Office of Kyle A. Patrick, P.C., and later practiced with Creason & Aarvig before returning to Temecula to work at Robinson Bradford, LLP.

In 2017, Jonathan relocated to the Central Coast when his family moved to Santa Barbara, where he began practicing family law in Ventura, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara Counties. In 2021, he moved to Monterey and continued to focus on family law matters. Jonathan joined R.S.C. Law Group, Inc. in 2022, where his practice now centers on family law and probate litigation. He brings to the firm a diverse background in litigation across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions, and he has practiced family law almost exclusively for the past eight years.

Jonathan is passionate about working one-on-one with clients and guiding them through some of the most stressful and significant transitions in their lives. He is dedicated to providing steady, practical, and compassionate counsel, with a focus on long-term stability and the well-being of families. When he is not in the office, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and children, watching football, traveling, seeing friends, and seeking out new restaurants.
