Holly L. Price came to SVLO as a seasoned litigator, and has over twenty years of experience in family law. Ms. Price is well-versed in working through dissolution of marriage cases (including property division, child and spousal support, and custody/visitation), guardianship, as well as civil harassment and domestic violence restraining order proceedings. Ms. Price is also highly skilled at managing complex discovery and other related family law issues.

Ms. Price came to SVLO after working for nearly 20 years with the state of California and various local child support agencies; as an attorney for the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) at the California Superior Court, County of Santa Clara, Ms. Price helped create and refine the court’s procedures and systems for child support, ensuring appropriate child support orders were established and enforced.

As a result of Ms. Price’s work with the court, she is recognized throughout the state as an expert in all phases of child support enforcement, including paternity establishment, child support establishment and modification, and the enforcement of child and spousal support.

Ms. Price earned her BS in Economics from the University of Utah, and her Juris Doctorate from the California Western School of Law. Ms. Price was awarded membership in the Phi Eta Sigma and Golden Key honor societies, thanks to her scholastic achievements. In addition, Ms. Price is a certified mediator through the Santa Clara County Office of Human Resources and has completed the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution program on mediation from Pepperdine University.
