Drawing upon his experience working with a federal district court judge and representing a diverse array of clients at an AM 100 law firm, Manoah employs a proactive and strategic approach to litigation that puts his client’s interests first. He has successfully represented business and individuals in high-stakes commercial disputes and regularly tackles complex cases involving contract disputes, fraud, corporate governance, professional liability, and real estate, where he guides clients from pre-litigation investigation through appeal. Manoah uses his experience as a national collegiate debate champion in court, where he has experience both at trial and in arguing critical motions.
Manoah’s reputation for persuasive advocacy, strategic motion practice, and meticulous trial preparation earned him the recognition of “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, which is a rating service that recognizes the top lawyers based on peer recognition and professional achievement.
Manoah graduated summa cum laude from Concordia University Irvine with a major in History & Political Thought and a national championship in NPDA parliamentary debate. A proud Bruin, he then attended UCLA School of Law, where he served as a Managing Editor of the UCLA Law Review.
When not practicing law, Manoah enjoys deep sea fishing and following Denver Broncos football.
