I regret to inform potential clients about my deeply disappointing experience with Niv, whom I hired for an eviction case. Initially, Niv assured us of his expertise and prompt handling of our matter, requesting a $3500 retainer to begin the process. However, once the payment was made, the level of professionalism drastically declined. Niv became unreachable immediately after receiving the retainer. My subsequent attempts to understand the progression of my case were met with vague responses from various paralegals, rather than Niv himself. We were initially told the unlawful detainer (UD) would be filed within 10 days, but this timeline was not met, with the excuse being the Thanksgiving holiday—further delaying our case unnecessarily. As our court date approached, Niv's lack of communication continued. Despite repeated attempts to contact him for preparation, he remained elusive and, when finally reached, dismissively questioned our need for information about the legal process. To our shock, he informed us he would not be present at the hearing, laughing off our concerns when we expressed surprise. On the day of the hearing, the attorney Niv sent in his place was unprepared and unfamiliar with our case. This lawyer's negligence resulted in missing the hearing altogether because he was outside the courtroom, leading to our case being dismissed by the judge. Following this debacle, we sought to sever ties with Niv and requested a refund of any remaining retainer. In response, we received an invoice for the full $3500, unjustifiably claiming it covered minimal and ineffective actions taken on our behalf. It is clear that Niv's interest lies in prolonging cases to continue earning money, rather than efficiently resolving client issues. I strongly advise against employing Niv for legal services. His approach is not only unprofessional and arrogant but also geared towards maximizing his profits at the expense of client needs and outcomes. Save your time, money, and stress by seeking representation elsewhere.

I'm not one to usually write a review but I was blown away by the way the lawyers at this law firm treated their clientele. Communication, availability, and transparency were excellent. Every interaction with the firm was beyond my expectations.
