Arturo Suarez - Orange, CA

Arturo Suárez Cardoso is an Associate Attorney at Slater & Associates, where he also serves in the capacity as In-House/Staff Counsel. His practice focuses primarily on employment defense litigation. He represents employers in matters involving wage and hour disputes, workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unfair business practices, medical leave issues, and workplace policies.

During law school, he participated in the Criminal Law Externship Program, serving as a law clerk with the Orange County Public Defender’s Office in Santa Ana. There, he honed his legal research and writing skills, drafted discovery motions, and assisted in the defense of indigent defendants.

Mr. Suárez Cardoso attended California State University, Dominguez Hills where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Negotiation, Peacebuilding and Conflict Resolution with Honors. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law.
