Since 1985, he has delivered legislative and case-law updates across Southern California and is qualified as a maven on board fiduciary duties and association litigation.

Robert J. Gilliland Jr., our senior partner, brings over 30 years of skill in construction defect, real estate, homeowners association and business litigation. A graduate of Claremont McKenna College and Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College, he holds an AV-Preeminent* peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell. He is admitted in California and Colorado and served as president of the Desert Bar Association in 2019.
