Michelle Wasserman - Palo Alto, CA

Michelle Wasserman is an associate in the Firm's Litigation department. She joined the firm in 2008 and is a resident in the San Diego office. Ms. Wasserman's practice focuses on general business litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wasserman served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Bruce D. Black of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.

Ms. Wasserman received her JD from Harvard Law School in 2007. During law school Ms. Wasserman participated in the Advanced Ames Moot Court competition and was selected as a Chayes International Public Service Fellow. She also served as President of the Harvard Jewish Law Students Association and a member of the Harvard International Law Journal.

Prior to law school, Ms. Wasserman earned her B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Spanish Literature from the University of California, San Diego, where she graduated summa cum laude and was Phi Beta Kappa.

Ms. Wasserman is fluent in Spanish and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.

Ms. Wasserman is admitted to practice in all California State and District Courts and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
