Ms. Ferroni earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis before pursuing her legal education at Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, where she earned her Juris Doctor while working full-time and attending law school at night. During law school, she interned with the Sacramento County Public Defender's Office Major Crimes Unit, working alongside experienced trial attorneys on complex felony and death penalty cases. The demanding schedule and hands-on experience provided early exposure to high-stakes criminal litigation and helped shape her commitment to criminal defense.

After earning her law degree and admission to the State Bar of California, Ms. Ferroni joined the Sacramento County Public Defender's Office as a Deputy Public Defender. There, she continued representing clients charged with serious criminal offenses and developed substantial courtroom experience handling complex felony and misdemeanor matters.

After relocating to Southern California, Ms. Ferroni continued her public defense career with the Los Angeles Alternate Public Defender's Office and Alternate Defense Counsel, representing individuals facing criminal charges throughout Los Angeles County. Her years in public defense provided valuable insight into criminal investigations, constitutional issues, trial strategy, and courtroom advocacy while representing clients facing a wide range of serious felony and misdemeanor charges. Over the course of her career, Ms. Ferroni has represented clients at every stage of the criminal process, from investigation and pretrial proceedings through jury trials, sentencing hearings, and post-conviction matters.

Before joining Michael & Associates, Ms. Ferroni practiced with a criminal defense firm founded by former public defenders and later operated her own criminal defense practice. During that time, she represented clients facing a wide range of misdemeanor and felony criminal charges throughout Southern California. Her extensive experience in courts throughout Los Angeles County, Pasadena, San Bernardino County, and surrounding Southern California jurisdictions provides valuable familiarity with local court procedures and practices.
