When our Romero Law, APC, team works with employees in California, we tell them to never settle for anything less than they deserve. Our skilled Pasadena team then fights hard for them in complex employment law cases that range from harassment to discrimination. Our law firm only represents employees, and we feel no case is too controversial to take on, in the pursuit of justice in the workforce.
Our decision on when to take a case comes purely down to feasibility. Sadly, we might not have enough evidence to pursue all cases that came to us. Sometimes, this stems from deliberate sabotage on behalf of the employer. Emails go missing, records disappear, or the person might have no record beyond the experience of what happened. We find, however, that proof tends to surface with time.
