Overview
Ashley M. Carlson is a family law attorney who has been with the firm since January 2016. From the time she entered law school, she knew that Family Law was her calling. Mrs. Carlson studied and received her undergraduate degree from California Polytechnical University at Pomona before attending law school at Western State University. Mrs. Carlson has worked for Christopher R. Abernathy, APLC since her time in law school, first clerking for the office and eventually becoming one of the firm’s trusted attorneys in 2020. Mrs. Carlson managed the office for 2.5 years before relocation with her family to the East Coast. Mrs. Carlson has remained with the firm remotely and is known to be patient, compassionate, and to fiercely advocate for her clients. Mrs. Calson works with her clients to try to find common ground and resolution for their cases, whether that be in the court room or out of it.
Mrs. Carlson has been recognized for “Excellence in Family Law and Divorce” by Lawyers of Distinction 2022 through current date and as a “Top Rated Lawyers in California 2024” by American Registry.
