Overview
Robin Korte’s practice focuses on assisting major domestic insurance companies with third-party liability coverage issues. Since 2008, she has specialized in insurance coverage matters involving a myriad of diverse issues concerning primary and excess/umbrella levels of coverage under General Liability policies and Personal Lines policies (auto, homeowners, and personal umbrella).
Ms. Korte’s strong civil litigation background is instrumental in her handling of first-party and third-party complex coverage and bad faith cases through all phases of litigation. She has successfully resolved issues for clients through dispositive motions and has been involved with mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. She also has represented insurers in administrative regulatory hearings.
Robin received her B.A. in Spanish from U.C. Santa Barbara in 1993. She earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1996. She was a member of the Law Review and her article on taxation of multinational corporations was published in their law review. is Robin is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts. Robin is licensed to practice law in California, Oregon and Washington.
