Overview
Stephen A. Scott has experience in the handling and trial of all types of liability actions, including claims against professionals, product manufacturers, and insurers. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and was Chairman of Pilot/Legis, a non-profit risk purchasing group facilitating lawyer's professional liability coverage for over 20 mid-sized law firms located in California, Arizona, Illinois and Massachusetts.
Mr. Scott has tried over 20 Superior Court jury trials and has arbitrated numerous commercial matters, including partnership disputes. He represents insurers in bad faith litigation and is admitted to all Federal District Courts in California.
