Founded in Orange County in 1992, Shulman Bastian Friedman Bui & O’Dea LLP has evolved to meet the needs of its clients and the Southern California business community.

The firm began as a bankruptcy boutique, specializing in representation of all parties facing insolvency issues. By assembling a talented group of diverse attorneys, we have expanded to help a wide range of clients in the areas of business organization and transaction, litigation, reorganization and insolvency, real estate, and estate planning.

Our legal expertise and achievements have given us a strong platform for giving back to the community in many ways.
