Overview
Mr. Meyer was named of counsel to Schroeder Schaff & Low in 2018. He is a transactional attorney with over 25 years of experience. He assists our clients in matters concerning business planning, business formation, corporate governance, shareholder agreements, asset/stock sales/purchases, and commercial transactions. He also provides advice and counsel to businesses of all sizes with regard to compliance with California’s numerous regulatory requirements.
Additionally, Mr. Meyer has represented and continues to represent numerous professional athletes and celebrities with regard to talent agreements and endorsement agreements with companies such as ESPN, Viacom, Fox, ABC, UFC and Pepsi-Cola.
Mr. Meyer’s experience in corporate law and transactions is brought to bear for our firm’s business litigation clients. Recently, he supported our firm’s litigation team during a Federal lawsuit involving corporate transactions spanning two decades and involving the corporate law of multiple states. The result was a complete victory for our client on summary judgement.
